The Oak is the largest and most fully appointed cabin available during the Primal Restart Sedona retreat. With two separate bedrooms flanking a comfortable living room, a wood-burning fireplace, a full kitchen, and a spacious private patio overlooking the lush garden areas of the inn, it is a cabin that does not require any trade-offs. The layout is designed for two people who want genuine independence within a shared space. Each bedroom is set apart from the other by the living room, which also includes a daybed. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. A full kitchen, gas grill access, and a picnic area just off the patio round out what is one of the most complete residential experiences on the property. The garden patio is worth describing on its own. In November, the mature plantings of Briar Patch Inn's nine acres take on the amber and rust tones of late autumn. The patio is private, spacious, and directly adjacent to paths that lead toward the creek. Evening strolls, which are part of the daily structure of the retreat, begin and end here naturally. The Oak is for two guests who want to do this together without compromise. Two bedrooms. Two clinical journeys. One shared experience that neither will forget. Policy
Primal Restart offers 12-day, medically supervised carnivore wellness retreats at luxury destinations across the United States. Because each retreat involves significant planning, expert staffing, and limited enrollment, the following policies exist to protect both guests and the integrity of the program. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT A deposit is required at registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date. A payment plan is available; details provided at registration. MEDICAL CLEARANCE All guests must complete bloodwork no later than two weeks before the retreat. If the physician determines attendance poses a health risk, the guest will not be permitted to attend and their deposit will be refunded in full. All guests must be 18 or older. CANCELLATION Once the final balance is paid, payments are non-refundable but transferable to another person, subject to medical clearance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. MINIMUM ENROLLMENT Each retreat requires a minimum of 10 registered guests. If not met, guests are notified 45 days before the retreat start date and credits are issued following notification. WHAT IS INCLUDED • 11 nights private cabin lodging • All chef-prepared carnivore meals and beverages • Lab work, DEXA scans, continuous glucose monitoring • Daily physician check-ins and medical oversight • Nutrition consultations and therapy sessions • Lunch & Learn programming, guided grocery trip, restaurant outing • Personalized post-retreat sustainment plan and ongoing support Not included: spa services and transportation. TRANSPORTATION Guests arrange their own travel. Venue-specific airport and ground transport recommendations are provided after registration. COMPANIONS Companions may attend for an additional fee covering room and board. All meals are strictly animal-based with no alternatives. Retreat programming is reserved for registered guests only. ALCOHOL Alcohol is not served or permitted. It works directly against the healing process. MEDICATIONS Most guests on prescription medications may attend. Any adjustments are made under direct physician supervision. Guests must never self-adjust medications. MEDICAL SUPERVISION A licensed physician is on your team from start to finish, reviewing bloodwork pre-retreat and monitoring vitals and metabolic markers throughout.
